Description:
File upload is not working in nurse

Steps to reproduce:
Login to hwc appliacation
register a benificiary and proceede with nurse flow
Click on file upload tab
select file and clickon upload button

Expected behaviour:
File should get uploaded successfully

Actual behaviour
Getting a error prompt:File upload failed.Please try again
