Not able to proceede with pharmascist

steps to reproduce:
Login to hwc web application
complete the nurse flow for a benificiary
got to doctor and raise a prescription
complete the doctor
go to pharmascist
click on the record

expected behaviour:
User should be able to proceede with pharmascist flow to dispatch raised medicine

Actual behaviour:
Displaying welcome to uat pharmascist empty page.
