Description
lab reports are not getting patched for genopd qc

Steps to reproduce:
Login to hwc web application
register a patient
complete the nurse flow
proceede with doctor and raise a investigation
complete the lab procedure and go to doctor again
check reports in case record section

Expected behaviour:
saved lab results should get patched unded reports

Actual Behaviour:
Lab results are not patching under reports:
