While editing a patient record for which an ABHA (Ayushman Bharat Health Account) number already exists, the "Generate" and "Search ABHA" buttons remain enabled. This behavior is unclear and potentially misleading, as ABHA already exists and should not be regenerated. Additionally, the existing ABHA number is not getting patched in the edit view.
