Doctors are unable to preview or print the case sheet for previous patient visits. The issue occurs when trying to view or print a patient’s historical visit details. 

Expected Result:
The doctor should be able to preview or print the case sheet for previous patient visits without any issues.

Actual Result:
The preview does not load, and the print action does not work.
