As a healthcare provider the Quick Consultation (QC) section, I want to add the patient's Chief complaint directly within the QC interface, so that I can quickly understand the primary reason for the visit.
Acceptance Criteria:
- The Chief Complaint field should be clearly displayed in the QC section.
- The Chief Complaint should be editable and showing from the master data as per current General OPD section.
- The Chief Complaint should be easily visible on both desktop and mobile versions of the QC interface.
- The display of chief complaint should be there in the doctor's screen.
