      Description:
      This task involves provisioning ELK components, enabling structured logging in the Spring Boot services, and ensuring end-to-end log ingestion, storage, and visualization for observability.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • JSON-structured logging enabled in Spring Boot
      •  Filebeat or Logstash installed and forwarding logs to Elasticsearch.
      • Elasticsearch cluster provisioned and accepting logs.
      • Kibana accessible with appropriate access controls.
      • Logs indexed per environment
      • Basic Kibana dashboards available for error trends and API activity.
      • Ensure incoming API calls, SQL activity, traces are visible in the observability dashboards.
