Issue:
When doctor captured the Chief complaint as "Fever" then unable to update the value in Vital section because it's asking to perform "Lung Assesment" but we are unable to see any lung assesement option in Vital section.

Step to reproduce:

1. Login into the application(STFC_MMU_Preprod) with valid credentials
2. register 1 beneficiary and complete nurse module(visit)
3. In the doctor module-case record- select findings as "fever"
4. capture vitals(temperature) and try to update.
5. It's showing "perform lung assessment" but this is already disabled from mmu-ui properties
6. If we try to submit with lung assessment also, records is getting saved from doctor module but vitals(temperature) not getting updated.

Expected Scenario- It should get updated and reflect in the case record.

Current Scenario- vital(temperature) details not updating and saving.
