Description:
Feedbacktracking: Update is not working after selecting attachment.

*Steps to Reproduce:

Login to 1097 application
select supervisor role
select feedback tracking screen from activities dropdown
click on update button of any record under feedback details table
click on choose file and select any attachment
click on update button

Expected Result:
file should get attached successfully
Actual Result:
getting error pop up
