*Steps to Reproduce:

Login to 1097 application
select supervisor role
click on call auding screen from activities dropdown
select service line,call type and call subtype dropdowns

Expected Result:
user should be able to select service line,call type and call subtype dropdowns
Actual Result:
Data is not loading for service line,call type and call subtype dropdowns
