Description:After clicking on move to bin button, the count of records is not becomming 0.

steps to reproduce
Login to application,select supervisor role.
Go to call reallocation screen
select role and agent
click on move to bin button

Expected behaviour:
All records should get unallocated at a time and count of records should become 0.

Actual behaviour:
only some of the records are geting unallocated hence count is not becomming 0.
