Description :Count of records is showing wrong in grievance call reallocation screen

Steps to reproduce;
Login to application,select supervisor role
select grievance call allocation screen, and allocate N number of records to available agent
now go to call reallocation screen fetch the same agent
check the count of No of records.

Expected behaviour:
No of records Count shoud match with the count that is given while allocation

Actual behaviour:
No of records Count is not matching with the count that is given while allocation
