Description:
preferred language is not getting binded in benificiaty edit (registration form)

*Steps to Reproduce:

Login to 1097 application
select co role
land the call
give preferred language and save the benificiary
close the call
land the call again and select same benificiary
click on edit

Expected Result:
preferrd language should get binded
Actual Result:
preferred language is not binding.also able to proceede further with out selecting preerred language though it is a madatory field.
