Step to reproduce

1. Login into the admin url with valid credentials
2. Go to configuration- User Parking Place Mapping
3. select relevant fields and try to edit the existing mapping

Current Behavior- while try to edit already mapped details- proper drop down is not there to select the mapping details.

Expected Behavior- it should be editable and UI screen should show in proper way.
