1097 Referral SMS not working

      Beneficiaries are not receiving 1097 Referral SMS on phone. Request you to please check and revert.

      Step to reproduce-

      1. login into 1097 application with valid credentials
      2. After successful registration, beneficiary id generated
      3. for referral option- message send successfully(pop up) coming but msg not delivering to beneficiary.

      Expected Scenario- If message is sending from CRM and getting successful popup then it should deliver.
