Description:
Performance issue:During care context linking ,After selecting abha mode and click on generate otp/resend otp ,page keeps on buffering for more than 20 seconds

*Steps to Reproduce:

Login to HWC application
Register any record and create abha number
move the record to nurse worklist
proceede with nurse and doctor flows
In doctor after clicking on submit,click on yes of "Do you want to link care context" pop up.
select abha mode radio button
click on generate otp

Expected Result:
Time to open Pop up window to enter otp should not take more time

Actual Result:
page keeps on buffering for more than 20 seconds
