Description:
After trying to generate Abha id for the record for which abha is already exist,personals details are getting patched.

*Steps to Reproduce:

Login to HWC application
Go to registration page
click on generate abha
try generate abha id with the aadhar number for which abha already exist.

Expected Result:
Details should not get patched to the screen ,as abha already exist

Actual Result:
Personal details are getting fetched and patched.
