Post-deployment SJVN MMU HP and Gujrat facing District and Taluka issues.

• Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the application and log in with a valid username and password.
  2. Tap on the "Login" button.
• Expected Result:
  The user login screen should work like the download master login screen.
• Actual Result:
  Tapping on the "Login" button has a response with an error message incorrect "username and password". The other side login working for download master.
