As a user (doctor, nurse, lab, pharmacy, or admin), I want to provide and receive feedback about the services and functionality within the AMRIT platform, So that I can improve the quality of care, ensure system usability, and foster better communication between all stakeholders.

Acceptance Criteria:

Feedback Submission:

• Users can submit feedback regarding their experience using the AMRIT platform.
• System can save the user detail for future survey and analyzing the feedback
• The feedback form should include options for rating (e.g., 1-5 stars), text input for comments, and a category dropdown (e.g., user experience, system functionality, patient care, etc.).
• Users must be able to submit anonymous or identified feedback.
• Feedback can be submitted after logging out from the system.

Feedback Analytics:

• The system will allow admins to analyze feedback trends over time (e.g., weekly/monthly).
• The feedback module should have reporting capabilities for identifying areas of improvement, recurring issues, and user satisfaction levels.

Security and Privacy:

• The feedback module should comply with healthcare data privacy standards.
• Any personal data submitted in the feedback should be securely stored and protected.
