Issue: After fetching the record using advance search ,when clicked on edit, the following details are not binding-Income status,Education qualification,occupation,last name.

Steps to Reproduce:
Login in the Google Chrome browser with username and password
Register a beneficiary in the TM/MMU service line first
search that beneficiary using advance search in TM/MMU.
click on edit
Expected Result:
All the details that were given while saving benificiary should get patched
Actual Result:
below details are not binding-Income status,Education qualification,occupation,last name.
