      After registering a beneficiary in the 104 app, an error occurs while proceeding to HAO. 

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the 104 app.
      1. Register a new beneficiary.
      1. Attempt to proceed to HAO.

      Expected Result: The user should be able to proceed to HAO without any errors.

      Actual Result: An error is displayed, preventing further progress.
