Description
Implement functionality to send an SMS notification to the beneficiary when a grievance is successfully registered. The SMS should include a confirmation message along with the Grievance ID and Grievance Registered Date. This enhancement will help beneficiaries confirm whether their grievance has been successfully registered.
Background / Context
Currently, there is no confirmation mechanism for the beneficiary after grievance submission. By sending an SMS with key details, we can improve transparency and build trust in the grievance redressal process.
Scope of Work
- Trigger SMS immediately after grievance is successfully registered.
- Include the following details in the SMS:
- Grievance ID
- Grievance Registered Date
- Design a clear and concise SMS template.
- Integrate the SMS functionality with the existing grievance module.
- Ensure error handling and retry mechanism in case of SMS delivery failure.
Acceptance Criteria
- SMS is triggered successfully on grievance registration.
- SMS includes Grievance ID and Registration Date.
- SMS reaches the correct mobile number of the beneficiary.
- SMS format is clear, accurate, and verified.
