As a Quality team member I want to configure audit questions for ECD Associate, ANM and MO categories in the Quality Module so that I can perform audits effectively across all relevant categories, including Associate, ANM and MO.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The Quality Module should provide an option to add, edit, and remove audit questions specifically for Associate, ANM and MO's.

• Users should be able to configure questions independently for each category (Associate, ANM & MO) to ensure tailored audits.

• The interface must allow for easy navigation between different categories while managing audit questions.

• The system should retain the existing functionality for ECD application while introducing the new configuration options for the other categories.

• Users should receive confirmation messages upon successfully adding or modifying audit questions.

• Documentation should be updated to include instructions on how to configure audit questions for the new categories.

Additional Notes:

• Ensure that any changes made do not disrupt existing workflows or data integrity within the Quality Module.

• Explore potential reporting implications of adding new audit categories and ensure that reports can be generated seamlessly across all configured categories.
