• Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the application enter valid username and password.
  2. Tap on the "Login" button and register a beneficiary.
  3. In doctor module- Select NCD condition and Investigation given.
  4. Lab entered their findings from Lab Module and again submitted to doctor
  5. Doctor is unable to see NCD conditions, disabled.
• Expected Result:
  It should show whatever fields selected or added from Nurse/Doctor/LT.
• Actual Result:
  NCD conditions not showing to the doctor post LT entered their findings.
• Observed  Environment :  STFC Production_MH location
