Steps to Reproduce:
Open the application on a Chrome.
Navigate to the login page.
Enter valid username and password.
Click on the "Login" button.

Expected Result:
Agent should be able to open Information and counselling documents.

Actual Result:
Agent should be able to open documents without any error message.
