• Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the application and login in the application(offline MMU)
  2. Register a new beneficiary by entering all the fields including father name, religion
  3. after successful registration, father name(field) displaying 'Not available' under nurse work list and beneficiary list and religion not saving the db.
• Expected Result:
  User should be able to see all the fields which is entered at time of registration and update at the time of revisit.
• Actual Result:
  User entering father name at registration time and it should be display while searching the beneficiary or in nurse/doctor work list. Religion data not saving in the db that's why not showing in the revisit.
