Description
As a user, I want to be able to view and manage complaints related to the 1097 outbound calling feature, So that I can efficiently track, resolve, and address customer issues regarding this feature.
Acceptance Criteria:
1.Complaint Overview Section:
Display a summary of the complaint including the complaint ID, date filed, customer name, contact details, and issue summary.
The 1097 outbound calling feature should be prominently mentioned as part of the
complaint summary.
2.Complaint Details Section:
Provide a detailed description of the customer’s complaint regarding the outbound calling feature.
Include any attachments the customer may have submitted (e.g., screenshots, audio recordings).
Display the status of the complaint (e.g., open, in progress, resolved).
3.Communication History Section:
A log of all previous interactions (calls, emails, chats) related to the complaint, with timestamps and details of the customer service representative's response.
Include any follow-up actions taken or scheduled.
4.Resolution & Next Steps Section:
Actionable fields for customer service reps to update the complaint status, add notes, or mark the complaint as resolved.
Display any planned next steps, such as further investigation or customer follow-up.
Include a text box for representatives to add resolution notes.
