Production_APL_TM and MMU- space not taking in spouse name field

      Step to reproduce-

      1. Login with provider admin to create field in the project
      2. create spouseName as field
      3. Try to register a beneficiary and enter spouse name with space

      Expected Scenario- It should accept space also(basic functionality).

      Current scenario- spouse name field not accepting space.
