Current Scenario- while trying to download master, it's showing success response but master not updating.

Expected Scenario- it should show success response and master data fields also should be update.

Step to reproduce-

1. login in offline mmu env for download the masters.
2. tap on download master button to start

Environment- Production(offline MMU)
