Fix UI for the Closure Screen under Associate, ANM, and MO logins when selecting "Call Verified" as "No."

      Description

      In the Closure screen under Associate, ANM, and MO logins, when the "Call Verified" option is set to "No," a list of reasons (e.g., "Invalid Number," "Out of Service," "Out of Reach," "Switched Off") appears. The current UI for this section needs improvements to enhance usability and presentation.

      Acceptance Criteria

      UI Fixes:
      Proper alignment of the reason list.
      Ensure that the options are visually distinct and easily selectable.
      Use consistent styling with the rest of the application.

      Functional Requirements:

      Dropdown or checkbox options (depending on the design) must be fully responsive.
      Validation to ensure that one of the reasons must be selected if "No" is chosen.
      Testing:
      Test under all user roles (Associate, ANM, MO) to ensure uniform functionality.
      Test on multiple devices and screen resolutions.
