As a User ,I want the pregnancy test to be available in the Lab Test module for the ANC (Antenatal Care) and PNC (Postnatal Care) modules, So that I can easily request and track pregnancy test results for beneficiaries during their care journey.

Acceptance Criteria:

The Lab Test module must include Pregnancy Test as an available test for both ANC and PNC modules.
The test should be selectable from the list of available lab tests during patient consultations.
The test results should be recorded and displayed under the relevant beneficiary's lab test history.
The Lab Test module must indicate the test result as Positive, Negative, or Inconclusive, with the date of testing.
If the test is requested but not yet completed, the status should show as "Pending" until results are entered.
