    Description

As a: Doctor using the Mobile Medical Unit (MMU),Telemedicine and MMU application I want: an additional "Add" option in the Provisional Diagnosis section to manually input diseases So that: I can document diagnoses that are not available in the existing predefined list.

      *Acceptance Criteria

      *New "Add" Option:

An "Add" button or link should be available in the Provisional Diagnosis section.
Clicking the "Add" button should open an input field to manually enter the disease name.

      Input Field Features:

The input field should allow free-text entry with a character limit (e.g., 100 characters).
Validation rules should ensure proper format (e.g., no special characters or numbers in the disease name).

      Integration with Predefined List:

Manually added diseases should be displayed alongside the predefined list within the same session.
These entries should be distinguishable (e.g., marked with a different icon or color).

      Save and Display:

The manually added disease should be saved and visible in the patient's Provisional Diagnosis record.
It should be retrievable for reporting and follow-up purposes.

      UI/UX Considerations:

The "Add" button and input field should be intuitively placed and easy to use without disrupting the workflow.
