Description:
In the ECD module, under the Associate and ANM logins, the "Record Upload Date" is not aligning with the ECD call type date. Instead, it appears as per the lapse time calculation (LMP + 30 days).
Additionally, there is a record where the "Upload Date" is identical to the "Lapse Time" calculation, causing discrepancies.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Log in to the ECD module using the Associate or ANM credentials.
• Check the "Record Upload Date" for any ECD call type.
• Observe that the "Upload Date" is calculated based on LMP + 30 days instead of the actual call type date.
• Verify the record where "Upload Date" matches "Lapse Time."

Expected Behavior:
The "Record Upload Date" should be displayed as per the ECD call type date, not the lapse time calculation.
