Description
Description:
In the Associate and ANM login, when an Associate outcalls a Beneficiary and selects "No" for the "Is Beneficiary Interested in Further Call" option on the Call Closure screen, a dropdown appears with options including "Miscarriage" and "Still Birth." After selecting either of these options, the Beneficiary should no longer appear in any future worklist and should not receive further calls. However, records marked with "Miscarriage" or "Still Birth" are still appearing in the worklist, requiring Supervisors to reassign these cases to Associates or ANMs.
*Steps to Reproduce:
- Log in as an Associate or ANM.
- Outcall a Beneficiary and complete the Registration page.
- On the Call Closure screen, select "No" for "Is Beneficiary Interested in Further Call."
- From the dropdown, choose either "Miscarriage" or "Still Birth."
- Complete the call.
Expected Result:
Beneficiaries marked with "Miscarriage" or "Still Birth" should not reappear in the worklist, and no further calls should be made to these Beneficiaries.
Actual Result:
Beneficiaries marked with "Miscarriage" or "Still Birth" continue to appear in the worklist, requiring additional allocation by Supervisors.
Impact:
This issue results in unnecessary follow-up calls for sensitive cases involving miscarriage or stillbirth, leading to inefficiencies and potential emotional distress for the Beneficiaries. It also causes additional administrative overhead for Supervisors.
