Description: We are experiencing an issue in the preproduction environment within the ADMIN module for the provider admin "digwalTMProdtest." Currently, none of the following data is available:

• Job Location Service Line Mapping
• Role Master
• Employee Master
• Work Location Mapping
• Outreach Master Zone Mapping
• Parking Place Mapping

Additionally, a user created under this provider admin, "Nurse digwal tm," contains all the necessary details, but the provider admin does not have access to any data.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Navigate to the ADMIN module.
• Log in as the provider admin "digwalTMProdtest."
• Check the aforementioned modules for data availability.

Expected Result: The provider admin "digwalTMProdtest" should have access to the data in the specified modules.

Actual Result: No data is available for the provider admin.
